“ If you want "fast" food, this is not the place to go. The last four times I've visited here in 2025 (about once every 6 weeks), it's taken about 15-20 minutes. And don't go through the drive-through it's a waste of time as they will direct you to the pick-up parking out front, and then you wait your 15-20 minutes. I now just walk in and order from the counter. The food is consistently very good, so there are no complaints there. My last visit here was at 4:30 pm on a Sunday. I walked in (no customers inside, no customers at the drive-through), and I counted 4 employees in the kitchen. I stand at the counter for about 10 seconds, and then an employee from the drive-thru window calls out to me, "we will be right with you." The girl who finally took my order was very busy lining up little cups to eventually put condiments in. I place my order, and 15 minutes later, it is presented to me at the counter. If you come here this is the culture and experience that they are consistent with, so be prepared. ”
